Microsoft Great Plains BPO: Business Processes Outsourcing – cost reduction ERP solution

BPO is probably the future winning solution for aggressive company, pursuing its principal business goals and outsourcing its classic business procedures with cost reduction and efficiency increase

Business Processes Outsourcing means AR/AP documents entry, processing (such as checking, approving and posting), financial reports, tax filing docs preparation at offshore contracted facility.

Consider these advantages of BPO:

· Software Licenses and annual maintenance cost reduction – software licenses cost is lower in offshore countries

· Lowering IT department headcount and cost – if ERP system is hosted and supported offshore – your BPO contractor bears its IT support burden

· AR/AP/Accounting departments headcount and cost reduction – as majority of documents are entered by your BPO contractor clerks

· Usually IT/AR/AP departments have historical inefficiencies – most of the docs entry procedures were designed a while ago and probably need revision.
